It wasn't a line so much as a noise.  My sister and I were walking out of the hotel we were staying at in England, and there was this guy outside.  As we passed, he started making those, "psss" noises you make to call a cat.   Needless to say, we didn't answer his call.

 I sit on my stoop, all made out, and scare little children.  It's my one great joy in life.  Haha.
